We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit—your choice. To be eligible, the mat must be returned in unused, perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your mat arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will happily replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Simply email us at hello@imaginartmats.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
